Camden Civic Theatre’s 2011 season is in full swing. The rehearsal hall is echoing with the sounds of pirate dueling and lost boys’ antics in Neverland. Meanwhile, pre-production for melodramatic villiany is picking up stream as the train readies at the platform before heading to the crossroads. But the journey won’t end there! Time to start making plans for the next great adventure!
The CCT board is already preparing for our 2012 season. If you are interested in becoming more involved in the fun, please contact Kate Fletcher ( email@example.com ) about joining our board of directors. Election of new board members occurs at our annual meeting, scheduled this year for Saturday, Sept. 17th.
Really want to be in the thick of things? Have an inclination to direct? At our annual meeting the membership also votes on the slate of shows for the coming season. The CCT board currently seeks play submissions to be considered for the 2012 season. Find a copy of our suggested play submission form under the heading “about” on this website . We must have submissions by August 12th in order to meet the by-laws deadline of announcing plays up for a vote at least 30 days before the annual meeting.
Just don’t want to wait for 2012? We can always use production help! Help us build Hook’s ship, run lights, organize front of house and more. Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Camden Civic Theatre Board of Directors invites you to attend our annual meeting for election of officers and voting on the 2011 season:
Saturday, October 9th, 11:00 am

Remember, to vote, annual dues must be paid ($15.00 for individuals, $25.00 for families). Our treasurer will be present with receipt book in hand to collect dues prior to the meeting.
Don’t care about voting just want the scoop on what is happening? We will have pot luck munchies/ light lunch to share after the business portion of the meeting as we reminisce over past successes and anticipate the shows to come! Bring a friend or two – we always have plenty of food.
